blue-check Rules of origin under RCEP are available

The General Department of Vietnam Customs announces that the Ministry of Industry and Trade has promulgated rules of origin under the RCEP Agreement (rules of issuance of C/O form RCEP) at Circular No. 05/2022/TT-BCT, taking effect from April 4th, 2022.

Accordingly, in order to enjoy special preferential duty rate under the RCEP Tariff Schedule, imports/exports must meet the regulations on proof of origin at the aforesaid Circular No. 05/2022/TT-BCT .

Certificate of Origin (C/O)
