Due to the high risk of transmission from workers in export processing zones, industrial parks, hi-tech parks to the community and vice versa, Ho Chi Minh city People's Committee decides that from July 15th, 2021, it only allows enterprises to continue operation when they meet one of 2 conditions below:

1. "3 things at premise": to eat, rest and work on the premises

2. "1 route - 2 locations": only one route for concentratedly transporting employees from enterprises to their concentrated places of living (it is allowable choosing dormitories, hotels, etc.).

The Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh city shall assume the prime responsibility for and coordinate with related agencies in promptly appraising enterprises in terms of satisfaction of the aforesaid conditions. Only enterprises that meet the conditions are allowed to continue operating otherwise they must suspended.
