Resolution No. 38/NQ-CP dated March 17th, 2022 of the Government on promulgating the Covid-19 prevention and control program

This Covid-19 prevention and control program is applied for 2 years, 2022- 2023.

Accordingly, all authorities at various levels shall have their scenarios for COVID-19 prevention and control.

All agencies, organizations, and enterprises shall assess infection risks and update and report the result.

All people shall comply with appropriate measures to prevent and control the epidemic.

In 2022-2023 period, local authorities shall continue to control Covid-19 and recover socio-economic development in line with Resolution No. 128/NQ-CP dated October 11, 2021 and implement financial support policies according to Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022.

This Resolution takes effect from the date of its signing.
