The Ministry of Science and Technology assumes that Decree No. 111/2021/ND-CP does not annul Circular No. 05/2019/TT-BKHCN, the labeling for seafood imported in bulk or block without packaging shall still comply with the guidelines provided at Circular No. 05/2019/TT-BKHCN .
