According to point b clause 7 Article 41 of Decree No. 37/2015/ND-CPstatus2 , the employer (investor) has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if in 56 consecutive days the contractor fails to execute the construction work under the contract that results in violations of the contract progress as agreed in the contract, except otherwise as approved by the employer.
