Under this Resolution, the Government officially approves in principle the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature 2022 edition (AHTN 2022) and the Plan for deployment of the AHTN 2022 submitted by the Ministry of Finance.

The Government also designates the Ministry of Finance to elaborate full contents of the AHTN 2022 to ensure the highest benefit of Vietnam in line with regulations of domestic laws and international treaties.
