The General Departments of Vietnam Customs informs that it will distribute electronic navigational seals to Departments of Customs of provinces and cities (according to the Annex enclosed with this Dispatch) in order to seal and supervise imports, exports, including:

- Transit goods;

- Goods stored in bonded warehouses;

- Goods temporarily imported - re-exported (including temporarily imported - re-exported and sent to bonded warehouses) transported from checkpoints of import to storage location or checkpoints of export;

- Other goods that require customs seal in accordance with Article 50 of Circular No. 38/2015/TT-BTCstatus2 (amended at Circular No. 39/2018/TT-BTC).
