Upon the request of the Ministry of Finance, police offices of provinces will coordinate with Departments of Taxation in investigating, strictly handling acts of trading, transfer of real estate showing signs of tax evasion for the purpose of warning and re-collection of full tax to the state budget.
As the result, enterprises, owners of real estate projects are recommended to correctly declare actual price of sale and purchase of real estate on notarized contracts to avoid penalty for tax evasion.
