Building management service is not eligible for 2% VAT reduction
According to opinions of the Department of Taxation of Ha Noi city, general supporting services, management of multi-function apartment buildings belong to Appendix I of Decree No. 15/2022/ND-CP, they are not eligible for 2% reduction in VAT from February 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2022.
