Official letter No. 3801/BXD-QLN dated August 26th, 2022 of the Ministry of Construction regarding guidelines on provision of information, data on real estate trading according to Decree No. 44/2022/ND-CP.

According to the regulations at Article 18 and clause 2 Article 30 Decree No. 44/2022/ND-CP real estate brokerage companies shall not be responsible for sharing, providing information and data on real estate market transactions on website http://www.batdongsan.xaydung.gov.vn.

Entities that are responsible for sharing, providing information and data on real estate market transactions on the website include:

1. The State Bank of Vietnam

2. The Ministry of Planning and Investment

3. The Ministry of Finance,

4. Departments of Construction

5. Departments of Natural Resources and Environment

6. Departments of Planning and Investment

7. Tax Departments

8. District-level People’s Committees

9. Investors of real estate projects

10. Real estate exchanges

However, real estate brokerage companies have to coordinate in providing provide information and data on real estate market transactions at the request of local housing and real estate authorities.
