This Circular provides for new List of seaport border gates allowing the import of passenger cars with less than 16 seats.

Accordingly, apart from the old 5 seaport border gates (including Quang Ninh (Cai Lan), Hai Phong, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and Ba Ria - Vung Tau), this Circular allows import of passenger cars with less than 16 seats through Thanh Hoa (Nghi Son).

This Circular takes effect from January 24th, 2022 and replaces Circular No. 06/2019/TT-BCTstatus1 dated March 25th, 2019.
