This Circular promulgates the Schedule of prices of securities services applied in stock exchanges from January 1st, 2022, including: price of listing registration, price of trading service, prices of auction, offering of shares, depository of share, etc. The details are provided in the Annex enclosed with this Circular.

Notably, with regard to trading service price payable by market makers, it may be reduced by up to 80%.

With regard to investors of green bonds, price of listing registration shall be reduced by 50%.

This Circular takes effect from January 1st, 2022.

To replace Circular No. 127/2018/TT-BTCstatus1 dated December 27th, 2018, Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BTCstatus1 dated March 18th, 2020, Circular No. 70/2020/TT-BTCstatus1 dated July 17th, 2020, Circular No. 30/2021/TT-BTCstatus1 dated May 14th, 2021.
