In case a domestic enterprise sells Graphite ores, refined Graphite ores to export processing zones, it shall not have to apply the regulations on export of minerals according to the regulations at Circular No. 12/2016/TT-BCTstatus1 . However, the domestic enterprise must meet the conditions on trading of ores, refined ores according to points a and b Article 14 of Decree No. 17/2020/ND-CP .

If an export processing enterprise exports ores, refined ores abroad, it has to comply with the regulations on export of minerals provided at Circular No. 12/2016/TT-BCTstatus1 .
