Official letter No. 4805/TCHQ-TXNK dated October 12th, 2021 of the General Department of Vietnam Customs regarding declaration of C/O with regard to yarn products subject to anti-dumping duty

According to the regulation at point a item 4 of the Announcement promulgated together with Decision No. 2080/QD-BCT dated August 31st, 2021, C/O form E is used for determining provisional anti-dumping duty rate imposed on imported polyester yarn products.

Accordingly, at the time of import of polyester yarn products, if enterprises have submitted C/O form E to customs authorities, they are eligible to apply corresponding anti-dumping duty rates regulated at item 4 of the Announcement.
