Circular No. 25/2021/TT-NHNN dated December 31st, 2021 of the State Bank on amendments to some Articles of the Circular No. 01/2015/TT-NHNN dated January 06, 2015 prescribing trading and provision of interest rate derivatives by commercial banks and foreign branch banks

This Circular amends, supplements regulations on trading and provision of interest rate derivatives of banks

- Addition of some principles on performance of interest rate derivative contract;

- Conditions for trading and provision of interest rate derivatives by electronic means;

- Scope of trading of accrual interest rate swap;

- Conditions for customers using interest rate derivatives;

This Circular takes effect from February 14th, 2022.
