This Decree is to amend, supplement to regulations on penalties for administrative violations involving cultural and advertising activities, including violations in relation to filmmaking with prohibited contents; failure to inform competent state authorities about film dissemination; violations pertaining to regulations on film dissemination, etc.

This Decree takes effect from February 15th, 2023.
