This Decree amends the regulations on prescriptive time limits for, and competence to, imposing penalties for administrative violations of competent agencies at these Decrees:

1. Decree No. 45/2019/NĐ-CPstatus2 dated May 21st, 2019

2. Decree No. 46/2019/NĐ-CPstatus2 dated May 27th, 2019

3. Decree No. 131/2013/NĐ-CPstatus2 dated October 16th, 2013

4. Decree No. 38/2021/NĐ-CPstatus2 dated March 29th, 2021

This Decree takes effect from January 1st, 2022.
