Decree No. 123/2021/ND-CP dated December 28th, 2021 of the Government on amendments to several Articles of Decrees providing for administrative penalties for maritime offences; road traffic offences and rail transport offences; civil aviation offences

This Decree amends, supplements to some articles of the following Decrees:

1. Decree No. 142/2017/ND-CP on administrative penalties for maritime offences;

2. Decree No. 100/2019/ND-CP on administrative penalties for road traffic offences and rail transport offences;

3. Decree No. 162/2018/ND-CP on administrative penalties for civil aviation offences.

Accordingly, with regard to administrative maritime offences, this Decree amends fines imposed on offences against regulations on maritime safety services; loading goods; registration of ships, etc.

With regard to road traffic offences, this Decree amends fines imposed on offences against regulations on wearing motorcycle helmet; going against traffic direction; driver’s license, etc.

This Decree takes effect from January 1st, 2022.
