This Circular amends, supplements to applications, procedures for licensing provision of waterway passenger transport services from shores to islands and applications, procedures for licensing foreign-flagged ships to provide domestic maritime transport services as prescribed at Circular No. 50/2016/TT-BGTVTstatus2 .

This Circular takes effect from June 16th, 2022 and abrogates Circular No. 48/2018/TT-BGTVT dated August 31st, 2018.
