Circular No. 50/2021/TT-BGDDT dated December 31st, 2021 of the Ministry of Education and Training on amending, supplementing to a number of articles of the Regulation on school change and admittance of pupils to learn at junior and senior secondary schools promulgated at Decision No. 51/2002/QD-BGDDT dated December 25th, 2002 of the Minister of Education and Training

This Circular amends conditions on, procedures for changing schools from foreign countries to Vietnam with regard to Vietnamese pupils and conditions on, procedures for admittance of foreign pupils to learn at schools in Vietnam.

One of the important amendments of this Circular is allowing pupils to be 03 years older than the age prescribed for each educational level (instead of 01 year older under the earlier regulations) with regard to Vietnamese pupils studying abroad then going home to study and foreign pupils applying for study in Vietnam.

This Circular takes effect from February 15th, 2022.
