Circular No. 60/2021/TT-BTC dated July 21st, 2021 of the Ministry of Finance on amendments to some Articles of the Government’s Decree No. 38/2014/TT-BTC dated March 28, 2014 on elaboration of some Articles of the Government’s Decree No. 89/2013/ND-CP dated August 06, 2013 on elaboration of some Articles of the Law on Prices regarding price appraisal

This Circular amends some regulations of Circular No. 38/2014/TT-BTC pertaining to:

- Application for price appraisal practice at enterprises;

- Procedures for registration of addition, removal of number of price appraisers at a price appraisal enterprise;

- Application for issuance or re-issuance of the Certificate of eligibility to provide price appraisal services;

- Changes in a price appraisal enterprise must be reported to the Ministry of Finance;

- Time limit for registration of a list of practicing price appraisers at enterprise in following year;

- Periodic reports made by price appraiser at enterprise;

- Forms used for registration of price appraiser practice, registration of provision of price appraisal services;

Accordingly, upon addition or removal of a price appraiser, price appraisal enterprise shall submit an application form for addition, removal of price appraiser to the Ministry of Finance (through the Department of Price Management).

Price appraisal enterprise must notifies the Ministry of Finance of its changes according to Article 17 of Decree No. 89/2013/ND-CP and Clause 9 Article 1 of Decree No. 12/2021/ND-CP

Periodically, price appraisal enterprise shall register a list of its practicing price appraisers for the following year with the Ministry of Finance (through the Department of Price Management), before December 20th.

This Circular takes effect from September 3rd, 2021.
