According to this Official letter, all people coming from Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC) (excluding those travelling through and not stopping in the city) and considered contacts of close contacts of confirmed cases must undergo home quarantine for 07 days from the date upon which they arrive at their destinations and self-monitor their health for the following 07 days.
Concurrently, they must get tested on the first day, the third day and the sixth day while they undergo home quarantine.
HCMC People's Committee shall discuss and finalize with the People's Committees of other provinces and cities before transporting people from HCMC to other provinces and cities, and finalize arrangement of transport vehicles in compliance with COVID-19 prevention requirements.
All people coming from HCMC must undergo 7 - day quarantine and get tested 3 times
