blue-check 100% enterprises in HCMC have to switched over the use of e-invoices before March 31st, 2022

Based on Decision No. 1832/QD-BTC and Decision No. 1417/QD-TCT, the Department of Taxation of Ho Chi Minh City recommends 100% enterprises in the City to strictly and promptly switch over the use of e-invoices before March 31st, 2022.

Now, the Department of Taxation of Ho Chi Minh City has sent a notification of mandatory use of e-invoices to enterprises but some enterprises have not switched over the use of e-invoices as prescribed.

In case of requiring support in registering the use of e-invoices, enterprises may contact tax authorities and enterprises providing e-invoice solutions (the list of eligible e-invoice solution providers is published on the website of Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department at https://www.hcmtax.gov.vn./)

Với khuyến cáo này, cần lưu ý rằng hóa đơn mà các doanh nghiệp có trụ sở tại Tp. HCM phát hành từ 1/4/2022 phải là hóa đơn điện tử loại mới (có mã của cơ quan thuế)
