According to this Notice, the Department of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs of Ha Noi city will additionally receive and settle applications for entry during the Covid-19 pandemic period for foreign workers that are chief executive officers.

Applications, procedures for foreign chief executive officers’ entry into Ha Noi shall be carried out according to Notice No. 4275/TB-SLDTBXH dated July 22nd, 2021.
