Plan No. 243/KH-UBND dated October 29th, 2021 of the People’s Committee of Hanoi on implementation of provisional regulations on "Safe, flexible adaptation to and effective control of Covid-19"

This document provides guidelines for classification of epidemic levels and conditions on production and business operation, circulation corresponding to each epidemic level in Ha Noi city.

Accordingly, most of production facilities, facilities providing service, etc. are allowed to operate provided that they have a plan and take responsibility for implementation of anti-covid measures.

However, establishments providing services with high risk of infection such as dance clubs, karaoke parlors, massage parlors, bars, gaming centers must be further suspended.

Street vendors, lottery ticket peddlers, etc. are also not be allowed.

Ha Noi will assess epidemic level once per week and announce epidemic level every Friday in order to adjust anti-covid measures.
