The round timber and sawn timber of headings 44.03, 44.07 subject to the suspension of the business of temporary import for re-export are determined according to the List of Vietnam’s imports and exports issued together with Circular No. 65/2017/TT-BTC and Circulars amending, supplementing to or replacing this Circular (if any).
This Circular takes effect from January 1st, 2019 to December 31st, 2023. To replace Circular No. 37/2014/TT-BCT dated October 24th, 2014.
This List is elaborated based on the new List of Vietnam’s imports and exports issued together with Circular No. 65/2017/TT-BTC.Where 4-digit HS codes are enumerated, the regulations of this Circular shall be applied to all goods under 8-digit sub-headings pertaining to such 4-digit HS codes.
However, this List does not apply to goods of border - gate transfer business directly transported from an exporting country to an importing country not via Vietnamese border gates.
This Circular takes effect from December 20th, 2017 to the end of December 31st, 2019.
Waste shipments which have been carried procedures for temporary import, border - gate transfer before the effective date Circular shall be further re-exported, transfered through border - gate under Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP.
This Circular applies to training and/or research institutions that are universities and colleges providing training courses in healthcare disciplines; healthcare service providers that have function to provide training and refresher training programs; training centers for healthcare and population officers.
This Circular takes effect from December 10th, 2018.
Accordingly, each enterprise must conduct the self-inspection of compliance with the labor law at least once a year in order to evaluate the compliance with the labor law and work out methods for enhancement of law soft compliance (Clause 1 Article 4).
Self-inspection period is from the first date of January in the previous year to the inspection date. Time for self-inspection shall be decided by each enterprise (Clauses 2, 3 Article 4).
Activities subject to self-inspection include: signing of collective labor agreements; working hours; salary payment; performance of occupational safety and health activities; formulation of labor rules; participation in social insurance; handling of labor-related disputes and complaints etc. (Article 5).
Self-inspection matters shall be provided in the self-inspection note by the Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs according to each business and production field and posted on the website: http://tukiemtraphapluatlaodong.gov.vn in order for enterprises to choose.
A self-inspection dossier which includes the self-inspection note, self-inspection conclusion, document on establishment of the self-inspection delegation and other documents made during the self-inspection must be stored in the enterprise management dossier as a basis for monitoring, analyzing and developing policies and methods for improvement law compliance.
Enterprises shall cooperate with the labor union in preparing an online report on the self-inspection result as required in written by the state inspection agency for labor affairs (Article 7).
This Circular takes effect from January 1st, 2019 and replaces Decision No. 02/2006/QD-BLDTBXH dated February 16th, 2006.
Any postal service provider that provides various postal services, it has to declare the applied quality standard of each postal service provided. The declaration must specify the time for declaration and time limit for complaint handling
This Circular takes effect from December 1st, 2018 and replaces Circular No. 15/2011/TT-BTTTT dated June 28th, 2011.
Accordingly, card-holding market surveillance officers are not allowed to erase, delete or correct information inscribed on the cards because of any reasons (Clause 2 Article 3).
In addition, market surveillance officers shall be also strictly prohibited from illegally making, concealing, buying, selling, forging, borrowing, lending, hypothecating, mortgaging, etc market inspection cards similar to all other organizations or individuals (Clause 3 Article 3).
A market inspection card shall be re-issued according to the new form promulgated at Annex No. 4 of this Circular.
This Circular takes effect from November 23rd, 2018 and replaces Circular No. 18/2016/TT-BCT dated August 31st, 2016.
According to Article 4 of this Circular, corresponding to each class and area under request for the issue of the construction capacity certificate, each enterprise must have individuals taking up positions that require practice certificates and individuals participating in performance of tasks with appropriate specialties.
Each individual may take up one or more positions that require practice certificates if they concurrently satisfy capacity requirements of such positions.
Especially, with regard to foreign contractors, this Circular removed the requirements of operation license and capacity certificate when they engage in construction activities in Vietnam (Clause 5 Article 4 and Article 5)
This Circular takes effect from November 20th, 2018 and replaces Circular No. 17/2016/TT-BXD dated June 30th, 2016.
Article 1, Article 2 of Circular No. 24/2016/TT-BXD dated September 1st, 2016; Articles 2, 3, 10, 11, 12 of Circular No. 14/2016/TT-BXD dated June 30th, 2016 shall be abolished.
